We have spent the last few days cruising down the coast towards Split. After two nights on Otok Murter we spent a night in a deserted bay and then sailed down towards Split. We had lined up a perfect looking bay but the wind changed and it was less perfect and the promised mooring buoys were missing anyway. So we ended up in Marina Agarda which is fine and visited Trogir by taxi today (our first attempt at Croatian buses ended in abject failure). Trogir has some fine buildings and twisty medieval streets but has sold its soul to mass tourism and must be hell in midsummer when the cruise boats arrive. Don't put the place on your 'must do' list.
Our Marina is full of boats but empty if people. That's because it is full of Sunsail boats awaiting charterers and they haven't turned up yet in any numbers (hooray). Despite being Sunsail City it's rather pleasant with a good restaurant.
